Jared Crocker, of The Lincoln Group, was an absolute dream to work with. I live out of state and had never sold a home, he walked me through the whole process. He fixed everything the inspector said had to be fixed(minor things) and even mowed the lawn for free, so the place looked nice. He put my house on the market, and with in 1 week he had it under contract. He is honest and highly motivated. The previous brokerage was one of those places that say they will sell your home as is, they started at 132k and at the end of 4 months wanted me to drop price to 80k. It's a scam don't do it. The Lincoln group (and especially Jared Crocker) have been absolute lifesavers for me since coming to Pascagoula. I came here, July 2 with a place that was supposed to have already been reserved for 30 days with another property group only to find out they had sent false pictures of both the property I was going to rent as well as the location. It was so bad that I refused to stay there, and I was sleeping in my truck in the evenings at a truckstop and taking showers there while looking at other places to rent in the area. This went on for nearly 2 weeks.
I submitted requests to see multiple properties, only to arrive time after time to find out the pictures and locations were not what they had made them out to be on the website.
Then one day I was driving through Pascagoula. I saw a property that had a for rent sign in the front yard with a phone number listed. I called the number and immediately spoke person to person with Jared Crocker. I did not have to submit some online request and have an artificial intelligence chat bot respond to me….. I was actually speaking to another human being the way I am personally used to doing business. That felt really good and he backed up every word he told me. He went out of his way to make me feel welcome and let me take a look at the property, literally in less than an hour from calling. As soon as I looked at it, I told him I wanted it and within a few days everything was complete and I was moved in. He has continued to stay in touch since moving in to make sure everything has been going well.
It feels good to be doing business with a company and a man that you can tell actually cares about its tenants. That’s very rare now nowadays. It is for these reasons that I would highly recommend the Lincoln group and Jared Crocker to anyone searching for property. I feel truly blessed that I came across such an amazing group of people.
